30 minutes of instructional before the walk begins to learn the first 5 steps of the 10 steps of British Nordic Walking. Free* if booking on the walk directly after the appointment ( or otherwise scheduled) *money will be refunded after walk is booked.

Cancelation Policy

This is a monthly subscription for 4 sessions within a calendar month. It affords you 4 places. If you cannot attend a session, no refunds or credits will be given, however, in terms of the UFitBall classes, a previously recorded session will be uploaded to your library account on uniqiproductions.co.uk. If the class is cancelled by the instructor, rescheduling will occur in the first instance and if a date cannot be reached a free pre-recorded video will be uploaded to all of the participants accounts. Nordic Walking - cancellation by the participant means forfeiting that booking and can not be rescheduled unless specifically communicated with the instructor.
