Service Description

The 10 steps of British Nordic Walking ensures you get the most of body in every step. Using 90% more of your whole body and outputting 46% more calories than walking without this pole technique, you will get more 'bang for your buck' in the world's fastest growing outdoor physical activity in the world. Poles are included in this course and each lesson is 60 minutes in length. British Nordic Walking is affiliated with the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA)

Cancelation Policy

This is a monthly subscription for 4 sessions within a calendar month. It affords you 4 places. If you cannot attend a session, no refunds or credits will be given, however, in terms of the UFitBall classes, a previously recorded session will be uploaded to your library account on If the class is cancelled by the instructor, rescheduling will occur in the first instance and if a date cannot be reached a free pre-recorded video will be uploaded to all of the participants accounts. Nordic Walking - cancellation by the participant means forfeiting that booking and can not be rescheduled unless specifically communicated with the instructor.
